Our Managing Director, Florian Chávez, joined the roundtable discussion hosted by the Equal-Salary Foundation in Lausanne on October 7th. The event brought together key stakeholders to discuss the latest trends and best practices in equal salary certification.

During the roundtable, Florian highlighted the benefits of integrating the Logib analysis tool into the initial phase of the Equal Salary certification process. This tool, developed by the Swiss Confederation, can speed up the data analysis, while potentially reducing costs, especially for organisations that have already prepared their data in the Logib format. At the same time, candidate organisations would be reassured by the fact that the data check is based on the same procedure as official controls conducted by federal and cantonal authorities.

We are proud to contribute to the ongoing dialogue on equal pay and are committed to supporting organisations in their engagement and action taking in this front.
